Air Rep Service’s Agents are highly trained in Passenger Profiling, Passport Security checks and Airline Security.
Due to the professional focus of our agents we have ascertained and maintained Approved Gate Check Status – Section 40 of the Immigration and Asylum Act 1999 for Monarch Airlines, Thomas Cook Airlines UK, Viking Airlines, Thomson Airlines and Astraeus Airlines.
Our agents have partaken in courses such as: Green Light, ICTS training, ISDS Passenger Profiling and security training for American Airlines audited by US Homeland Security.
All of our agents are qualified for Dangerous Goods and Ramp Safety and Security Training in accordance with IATA regulations.
We have a strong working relationship with the British High Commission and with Immigration Authorities from the United Kingdom, Germany, The Netherlands and Belgium, who also provide annual documentation training for us here in Banjul.
Airside we have fully qualified ramp and cargo handling agents, ensuring that all of our flights are handled correctly 24 hours a day.
